Payment & Jobs

Q1:

DO YOU PAY MORE THAN OTHER AGENCIES?

Our starting rates are among the best in Nevada. Give us a call and we’ll go over exactly what you could earn.

ANSWER

Q2:

DO YOU HAVE OVERTIME AND PAID TIME OFF?

Yes. We pay overtime, and all employees accrue paid time off based on the hours they work — up to 40 hours a year for full-time caregivers.

ANSWER

Q3:

CAN I BE A CAREGIVER IF I HAVE ANOTHER JOB?

Absolutely. Many of our caregivers work with us in addition to a full-time job. There’s no need to choose — you can do both.

ANSWER

Care for Your Loved Ones

Q1:

CAN I REALLY GET PAID TO CARE FOR MY PARENTS?

Yes. Caregivers can be family, friends, neighbors, or even grandchildren. The only exception is that a spouse can’t be paid to care for their spouse.

ANSWER

Q2:

HOW DO I KNOW IF WE’RE ELIGIBLE?

Most people either already have Medicaid or may qualify under Nevada’s Medicaid waiver rules. Not sure? Just give us a call — we’ll help you figure it out and handle all the paperwork.

ANSWER

Q3:

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY OWN CAREGIVER?

No problem. Unlike agencies that only take you if you already have someone lined up, we have experienced caregivers ready to help.

ANSWER

ANSWER

Q2:

HOW OFTEN DOES THE CAREGIVER GET PAID?

Every two weeks — reliably and on time.
